PoCoG leads a large investigator team of national and international experts, who were awarded a Cancer Institute NSW Translational Program Grant for the ADAPT Program in April 2015. The ADAPT Program aims to facilitate the integration of the new Clinical Pathway for the screening, assessment and management of anxiety and depression in adult cancer patients into routine care, and includes the development and evaluation of resources to support uptake of the Clinical Pathway recommendations.

The Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney is collaborating with PoCoG to evaluate a new online treatment program for depression and anxiety in people who currently have advanced stage cancer.
