13/02/2018 - Opportunity - PhD in Quality Cancer Survivorship Care
An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified applicant to undertake a PhD focusing on cancer survivorship at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. The aim of this project is to develop an evidence-based, state-wide quality framework for survivorship care.
This project is supported by the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC), a Richard Pratt legacy. The ACSC is a unique service based at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre. Our vision is to optimise the health and wellbeing of cancer survivors and their carers.
The successful applicant will receive a PhD scholarship of $30,000 p.a. tax free (up to 3 years), plus up to $8,500 to support the research and $1,500 for interstate relocation. This scholarship is funded by the Victorian Government.
