01/05/2019 - PoCoG 2019 Scientific Meeting
Early bird tickets for PoCoG's 2019 scientific meeting at SAHMRI in Adelaide on Sunday 10 November are now available!

The theme for our meeting 'Revolutionising Access to Psycho-oncology' will:
  • examine barriers to access
  • assess the effectiveness of current interventions and
  • consider the needs of vulnerable populations
In response to feedback from our last meeting, this year we are offering members the opportunity to submit an abstract to present either a poster or a 5-minute research bite presentation of their work.

Our meeting is a great forum for sharing your work with psycho-oncology researchers and clinicians from around Australia and we warmly encourage you to apply. Learn more and/or submit your abstract here.

While we are adding some final touches to the program we can let you know that confirmed speakers include Professor Alex Broom, Dr Nicole Rankin, Professor Louise Sharpe, Dr Matt Fisher and Dr Blake Dear.

We're also delighted to welcome Claire Foster Professor of Psychosocial Oncology and Director of Macmillan Survivorship Research Group Health Sciences from the University of Southampton.

Early bird tickets are available here.
