The World Indigenous Cancer Conference (W.I.C.C.) 2026 is a landmark international gathering dedicated to advancing cancer equity by bringing together Indigenous leaders, researchers, health professionals, and survivors to share culturally grounded solutions and innovations in cancer care.
The theme is Mana Tāngata — Collective strength through aroha (love), kotahitanga (unity), and manaakitanga (care).
The conference addresses the disproportionate cancer burden faced by Indigenous communities globally through a "whole-of-person" approach (Hauora) that integrates physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being.
